Refund policy

SaaS subscriptions: cancel any time in the customer portal. Unused time in the current period is not prorated unless required by law. Trials (14 days on Starter and Professional) can be canceled before the first charge.

One-time audit ($12,500): refundable within 14 days if no audit has been analyzed and no report has been generated. After analysis starts, the engagement is non-refundable except where required by law.

Request refunds through the billing portal or by contacting sales. Chargebacks should be a last resort after we have had a chance to resolve the issue.
