Privacy policy

Vortex Optimizer (“we”) provides an independent Microsoft licensing audit platform. This policy describes how we handle account, organization, and audit data.

We collect account details (name, email, password hash), organization membership, uploaded license/usage files, and billing identifiers from Stripe. We do not sell tenant data or share it with Microsoft, resellers, or marketers.

Data is stored in the United States (Neon PostgreSQL and object storage). You can export your organization data from Settings and request deletion. Owners may delete the organization, which cascades related audits, reports, and memberships.

Stripe processes card payments. We never store full card numbers. Email is sent via Resend for verification, password reset, and invites.
